Foreign Financial Pairing
Among its areas of activity, one of the services that distinguish us from our counterparties is the pairing of enterprises and PFIs with financial resources abroad.
Within the scope of pairing enterprises with foreign financial resources, we provide services in four areas:
- Finding international investors for financial products issued by domestic PFIs and/or For example, for the enterprises wishing to issue lease certificates (sukuk), finding potential international investors and restructuring lease certificate structures according to the needs of these investors.
- Matching angel investors, investment banks, and venture capital networks operating abroad with halal (i.e., enterprises that meet fiqhi screening criteria) enterprises in Türkiye.
- Securing foreign financial resources for PFIs and/or collective investment institutions (investment funds and investment trusts). For example, securing funds from abroad to act as market makers for crowdfunding venture capital funds.
- Carrying out roadshows for domestic enterprises to obtain financing from abroad and organizing domestic trips and events for foreign investors.
