Application & Engagement
We follow a multi-stage application and engagement process to minimize potential information asymmetry between our clients and us. The full application process is as follows:

Step 1: Pre-application
- The applicant can reach out to us either by filling out an application form or calling us directly.
- The Bosphorus Advisory team assess the pre-application and either i) decline the pre-application, or ii) ask the applicant to proceed to the application stage.

Step 2: Application
- The applicant submits their formal application to us by using a Pre-advisory Evaluation Protocol.
- Subsequently, we request the following documents from our client: An acknowledgement document for access to the applicants’ key data. Key financial and non-financial data. If needed, an online “psychometric test”

Step 3: Committee Evaluation
- The application package is submitted to the Project Evaluation Committee (PEC) for their weekly meetings.
- The PEC gives a decision on whether to i) decline the application or ii) start the consultancy process.
- In case the PEC decides on starting the process, it advises the team about the options of the solutions.

Step 4: Negotiations and Offer
- The applicant is informed about the PEC decision.
- The Bosphorus Advisory team negotiates with the client about the terms and conditions of the engagement.
- The client is then requested to co-sign the following documents: Consulting services agreement, Scope of work, KVKK data privacy notice, Explicit consent form for processing personal data, Confidentiality clause.
